Do you come to me or do I come to you?
We come to you. Anywhere we can park the van safely within our coverage area works: a driveway, a street, a workplace or a car park.
How quickly can you get here in an emergency?
Usually within the hour in Exampleton and a little longer further out. We give you an honest arrival time on the phone.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. A hole in the central tread can usually be repaired. Damage to the sidewall or the edge of the tread means the tyre has to be replaced.
What if I do not know my tyre size?
Give us your registration and we look the size up for you, or read the numbers from the sidewall. Either way we confirm before fitting.
Do you work on company vehicles?
Yes. We keep a simple record for each vehicle and send one invoice for the visit.
